Operation Spy is designed to encourage children aged 3.5 to 6.5 years to make inferences, or to deduce information that is not explicitly provided in a situation. The child answers questions that concern, for example, the problem, the goal, the action or the emotion of a character in a given situation. This helps them get used to making inferences, a skill that will be particularly useful at school for understanding texts.
