- Order Modification or Cancellation
To cancel or modify an order placed on the lentrejeux.com website, please contact us by phone at 819-840-8315, Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. If the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel or modify it.
- Defective Products
If the product(s) purchased from lentrejeux.com are defective, please contact us at serviceclient@lentrejeux.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Please include the following information:
- The order number
- The product number and name as listed on your invoice
- A detailed description of the problem, with photos if necessary.
We will respond within 5 business days with instructions on how to correct the problem, refund the product, or exchange it, as appropriate. Please note that, with few exceptions, the defective product will be replaced with the same product.
- Product Returns
If the product(s) purchased on lentrejeux.com are not suitable, we offer two ways to return them. You can return them in person to our store or ship them to us. A refund or store credit will be issued after receipt and verification of the product, subject to the following conditions:
- A copy of the invoice must be included in the box;
- The product must be unopened and its packaging must be intact;
- Return shipping must be paid by the sender;
- A store credit will be issued for returns made between 1 and 30 days after the delivery date..
