Description
Mrs. Chipie is causing trouble among her neighbors. The problem is, she's now all alone. She then discovers a magic well and makes a wish for neighbors. She tries to play tricks on them, but nothing goes as planned with Mr. Miscellaneous, Mrs. Late, or Mr. Scatterbrain.
