Back in Lanniel, Frigiel discovers that the village has changed a lot. The earth trembles very often, which is strange for the region. Our heroes investigate this and are ready to explore the center of the earth... Having left Las Famouz, Frigiel, Fluffy, and Alice return to Lanniel; the village has changed a lot and is expanding. But regular earthquakes worry our heroes, who then meet McTool, a scientist who is both mad and endearing. Together, they set off to explore the center of the earth to discover a strange and fascinating new biome.
