For as long as I can remember, I've always loved cooking. And everything about meals delighted me: unpacking grocery bags, the smell of simmering food, the surprise of discovering the dish my parents were cooking, the time spent at the table and the discussions we had... After about ten years of creating recipes, I wanted to bring them together in a book and enhance it with original creations. Throughout the process, I kept in mind the child I was, who would have loved to have a book just for her with simple, slightly more complicated, or frankly elaborate recipes! I thought of my daughters, who jumped into the kitchen at a very early age and who already want their responsibilities and specialties. Finally, I thought of those who learned to cook later. Because it's never too late! This book, even if it's aimed at young people, has no age. This is a book for ages 7 to 77! Welcome to my kitchen and happy cooking!
