Description
The Gateway set is a special standalone release that is designed to introduce the world of Lorcana to new fans or those who are trying to learn how to play. It will give Disney fans a simple and fun introduction to the familiar mechanics of trading card games while warming things up to have two people start a game.
Learn to play easily and progressively. You start with only 30 cards and will open packs to add more and discover the vastness of Lorcana step by step. Begin with characters that you'll send on adventures or challenges, then learn to use items, followed by actions, and finally learn to... sing!!!
Gateway is also designed to resemble a board game and help novice players grasp the Lorcana collectible card game. The central board with a summary of the rules and player turn steps helps to appreciate the game's universe, while tokens and markers make it easy to track the race for Lore shards.
Gateway contains everything 2 Illumineers can start playing with right away!
