Description
Panda cubs are not very big; in fact, they are extremely small. At birth, they weigh about 100g. That's as much as a bar of chocolate or a small yogurt. Apart from the kangaroo, this mammal gives birth to the smallest babies in the world. After four weeks, the typical black and white fur begins to appear on the cubs; after 6 to 8 weeks, they open their eyes for the first time. They stay with their mother for about two years and are very playful. Their mother likes to gently roll them around and playfully wrestle with them.
