Description
A fakir from India on his flying carpet, Kiçàh, arrives in the village. It hasn't rained in his village for several months, and he has heard that the bard, Assurancetourix, has the power to cause a downpour whenever he sings. He asks him to accompany him and come sing for the dried-up Ganges before Princess Rahàzade is executed to appease the gods.
